When submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors ought to be guided by the following basic rules:

• the manuscript corresponds to the remit and subjects of the journal;
• the manuscript is a previously unpublished and original text;
• the manuscript is not under consideration in another journal;
• all co-authors agree to publish the article;
• the consent of the organization in which the study was conducted was obtained;
• sources of financial support for the project, the results of which are presented in the article, are pointed.

Manuscript processing and publication of materials in the journal are completely free of charge. The materials contained in the received manuscript are the exclusive right of the author and are not used for private purposes by anyone who has access to the manuscript.
