Mission of the Journal

The journal is devoted to the theoretical and applied aspects of shaping polycentric world order studies. The editors and authors of the journal focus on issues of economic, social and political modernization, transformation of post-colonial societies and neocolonialism, socioeconomic and political development of Global South countries, regionalization. Another important theme is the sociopolitical and ideological-political processes of transformation of societies, economic and political systems of the countries of Pacific and South Asia, Africa, Latin America, the development of their human capital. The third key theme is international processes related to strengthening the economic and political positions of leading developing countries.

A distinctive feature of the journal is its focus on interdisciplinarity and openness to different methodological traditions, approaches and points of view, readiness for scientific discussions in the fields of economics, political science, history of international relations and regional studies. It is planned to accept articles for publication in the main specialties of economic and political sciences.

The journal accepts articles for publication from researchers engaged in regional and problematic studies, practitioners, university professors, young scientists, students and postgraduates.

The journal meets the basic modern requirements for periodic scientific peer-reviewed publications, which require its promotion to Russian and international databases.
